The Seller & Purchaser agree to the following 14 conditions of sale:
1. Your kitten has been raised with the most loving care that it can possibly receive!
2. Your kitten has been properly socialized, current on all shots / worming, litter box trained.
3. Your kitten has received daily grooming, eye care, weekly baths w/blow drying.
4. If the cat/kitten is found to have unacceptable health, excluding minor problems that
could occur from the stress of the trip,
Seller agrees to replace the cat/kitten with one of equal value when available, but only with
a proper veterinarian report. NO cash refunds!
5. The kitten comes with a 1 year Health Guarantee: If kitten should die, or euthanasia
become necessary due to health reasons, then the purchaser shall
provide evidence that the kitten has been receiving proper and regular health care by a
licensed veterinarian, and a Veterinarian Death Certificate stating
reason for death or euthanasia. The Seller agrees to replace the cat/kitten with one of
equal value when available (will try to replace with alike color,
however there is no guarantee of color). There will be NO cash refunds for kitten or
veterinarian costs! If however, the kitten’s death or euthanasia
occurred due to negligence of proper daily care, improper diet, or health care - to include
regular veterinarian visits, then the guarantee becomes void.
6. Purchaser has three (3) working days from the date of sale to take this kitten to a
Licensed Veterinarian at their own expense, to dispute the Health
Condition of the kitten as being less than Good Health at time of purchase.
7. Purchaser agrees that this cat will be an indoor pet and will never be left outdoors
unattended.
8. Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat or kittens from this cat be sold to or given to
any pet shop, laboratory, or any similar testing facility.
9. If this kitten/cat is found to be neglected or of ill health for an unreasonable length of
time, purchaser will surrender the kitten/cat to the seller
unconditionally without refund.
10. The seller does not guarantee this kitten / cat does not or will not ever have internal
or external parasites like fleas, ear mites, worms, or etc.,
because a feline can pick these up anywhere. The kitten has been wormed and treated for
parasites as needed before being released.
11. Unless purchased with breeding rights, buyer agrees to neuter the cat between 5 and
6 months of age.
12. If new Owner can no longer provide kitten/cat with proper home, Seller has first right to
have the cat returned. Before the kitten / cat is returned to the
seller, (if such becomes necessary) said kitten/cat shall be tested for Feline Leukemia
Virus (Felv) and a Veterinarian shall certify such test as negative.
Said certificate of negative results shall be sent to the seller. A Veterinary Health Certificate
showing a clean bill of health and negative Fecal specimen
shall also be provided to the seller at the present owners expense.
13. Buyer understands that the color of the kitten purchased is the best estimated color at
the time of purchase. Kittens may change color slightly or
significantly with age; NO exchanges or reimbursements are made due to color. (We will do
our best to never release a kitten until we are sure of the
kitten's proper color.)
14. Attorney fees and court fees which should arise from breech of this contract will be paid
by the purchaser of the kitten/cat identified herein.
