anyone could have. Busy with my family, time was limited. I was
always on the go. I worked, was busy in church activities and did
well until my own health started to slow me down. When my
parents died it made a huge impact on my life. I had watched
both struggle with their human condition till each left to be with
the Heavenly Father. It hurt to watch their health diminish. There
was a huge void with them gone, even though I had been richly
blessed with seven beautiful grandchildren before they were
taken from me. Needless to say it has been a struggle for me
since then because I knew I was doing what God intended for my
life when I was caring for everyone. I have been asking myself
“What does God want me to do for the time I have remaining on
this earth?” I started a small business while my mother was still
alive “My Creator’s Workshop’’. I did not start it to make a lot of
money. I wanted to do special things for people to let them know
that they were special and that God loved them. Most of what I
made were gifts. I did sell some, too, but all were personalized.
As I continue to pray for guidance, I see God’s hand working in
answering my prayers. My feline friends and my embroidery
seem to be moving to a new level. I feel it is God’s hand in this.
Many years ago he sent me a loving and wise husband to share
my life with. He has continued to support and help me along the
way. He gave me three wonderful children. As I enter the next
phase of my life, I am so thankful that there is a God who loves
me regardless of my faults and continues to lead me in the path
he wishes me to follow. This web site and all you see on it are
blessings. It will be continued in loving memory of my parents!
